Who is QSA?
Quick Sale Agent is a young, professional agency which specialises in selling properties quickly to the general retail market. We are honest and open with you from day one, and will not promise you what cannot be achieved.
 
Why are we “Quick”
Buyers are “exchange ready” with finance in place
Paperwork needed from you is requested as soon as you instruct QSA

This means as soon as a buyer is found, things are ready to go, ensuring everything is in place for a smooth quick sale.
 
Why is QSA different?
We do not charge the usual estate agency commission, based on the sale price achieved. The only fee you would be asked for is a one-off up-front payment for administration purposes.

All other fees – HIP, solicitors, valuation fees will be met by the buyer. The only fee you pay is the initial administration fee to us. All fees will then be met by the buyer of your property. You will not pay any legal fees, HIP fees or estate agency fees.
