How Does It Work

The QSA way
After our initial discussion with you, we assess the market, and advise you on an appropriate price to market at, one which will get you the best result. We market the property using Rightmove and other bespoke property portals. You will have the option of a For Sale Board being erected outside the property. An additional fee may be charged for this service. The seller will have the option of additional marketing services to be discussed and agreed between the seller and QSA. This service may include:-

QSA paperwork
When you instruct us to sell your property, we will send you an Agreement for sale which will continue for a period of 12 weeks, after which time, should no buyer have been found, you will have the option to either extend the Agreement for a further period, or rescind the Agreement immediately.
 
As soon as you instruct us to sell your property, we will send you information and tips on how to sell your home quickly, and make the most of your property. We will also send you a Sales Pack to complete, so that once a buyer is found, all the information your solicitor will need, will be ready to use, ensuring a smooth quick sale.
 
During the term of the agreement, the selling price will be reviewed every four weeks by discussion between the seller and QSA.
 
Any offers made for your property will be discussed with you, and the decision to accept or refuse will be yours, based on all the information we have.
